The GCS-1000 Collection System collects Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG) that spill from rooftop ventilators/exhaust fans. The GCS-1000 Collection System is equipped with a heavy duty replacement GreaseDiaper® Cartridge that is 100% water resistant and collects/traps up to several Gallons of FOG. The GCS-1000 Collection System prevents overflowing FOG from spilling onto a clean roof and into storm drains. Every GCS-1000 Collection System is equipped with a GreaseDiaper® Cartridge, three Tank Filters and one Inspection Filter.
